Anfacer and PQ Cerâmica launch "Ceramics in your home" campaign

Anfacer, in partnership with PQ Cerâmica, has launched the "Ceramics in your Home" campaign, which encourages the use of ceramic tiles in renovations in a practical, beautiful and durable way.

The initiative takes place in conjunction with the start of the Reforma Casa Brasil Program, which opened on November 3 and offers credit with lower interest rates and digital contracting for those who want to renovate, expand or improve their homes.

Brazil Home Renovation Program: boost for the sector

Launched on October 20, the federal government's program is aimed at families who own property and need to carry out renovations, extensions or adjustments. To take part:

• The installments are limited to 25% of the family income;
  
  
• Each family can only have one active operation at a time, with a term of up to 60 months;
  
  
• The funds can be used to purchase materials, labor and technical services;
  
  
• The contract will be made in a simplified and digital way, through the Caixa Econômica Federal website or app from 3/11.
  
  

The program foresees an investment of R$40 billion to boost the construction sector, of which R$30 billion will go to families with incomes of up to R$9,600, and another R$10 billion to higher incomes through the SBPE. 

The interest rates are 1.17% for incomes of up to R$3.2 thousand and 1.95% for incomes of R$3.2 thousand to R$9.6 thousand. For higher income brackets, Caixa's regulations apply. The launch ceremony took place at the Planalto Palace with the presence of President Ńome, the Finance Minister and representatives of the sector.

With the "Ceramics in your home" campaign, Anfacer and PQ Cerâmica are reinforcing their commitment to valuing the correct and conscious use of ceramic tiles, encouraging more durable, safe and sustainable renovations.

The action also seeks to mobilize the entire construction sector, from industries to stores and professionals, so that the increase in renovations results in well-done works, job creation and development throughout the country.
